You are not alone in your battle. At least, not anymore.

You are not alone in your battle. At least, not anymore. You are not alone in your battle. At least, not anymore.
Friend—If you feel alone, overwhelmed, poured out, and desperate for answers as you care for your loved one with trauma, PTSD and/or suicidal crisis, you’ve come to the right place.
“The Forgotten Caregiver of Mental Crisis”
I don’t want you to walk your caregiving journey alone.
That’s why I share my personal caregiving story with you. I also want you to have the resources I desperately needed which is why I share neuroscience, faith, and professional recommendations. I and my husband desire healing and life for you and your loved one who is struggling. We desire healing in your situation so much we choose to be transparent and share about one of our darkest seasons to help lift you out of the darkness of mental crisis you are currently walking through…
My desire is for you to feel SEEN, SUPPORTED, and NOT ALONE anymore.
Caregiving for any condition is heavy and challenging (whether a physical or mental health condition). It requires much of you. Caregiver burden encompasses all the responsibilities and weight you carry as a caregiver. I’m a caregiver for medical conditions in addition to mental health caregiving.
As such, my heart is for the caregiver—for you to be equipped, have resources to care for yourself, and to be empowered to value your needs and care while you care for your loved one.
There are SIX chapters in my book just for you, friend, for caring for yourself.
Why? Because you matter. Just as you are. Not for any role you hold. Not for what you do. Just, you. As a person.
You, friend, matter and deserve care also.
“The Forgotten Caregiver of Mental Crisis” is for you. I believe you should never have to walk through mental crisis for a loved one by yourself, trying to figure it out as you go. I was alone in my caregiving journey. I don’t want you to be. This book is the book I wish I’d had in the chaotic, exhausting, unrelenting season of crisis for my loved one. My book comes alongside you as the friend you need who understands, because they’ve been through a very similar season themselves. It would be my honor to walk your journey alongside you.
