If you have been writing a nonfiction book and feeling a little stuck or needing clarity and fresh perspective, a nonfiction clarity writer coaching package would be perfect to help you continue forward in your writing goals. Group cohorts and one-on-one coaching available.*
*Coaching is exclusively for women only. Spots are limited. Filling out an application allows you to be considered for coaching. The Caregiver Clinician reserves the right to only accept coaching clients who it deems compatible with its current focus, specialties, and values. If The Caregiver Clinician determines your needs or requests are outside its scope or current focus, it will work to share or refer you to, if possible, a resource, partner, or organization which may better suit your needs. The coaching relationship is based on mutual trust, confidentiality, and shared goals. Coaching differs from counseling in that it is growth and goal oriented and focused on the present and future. Counseling and therapy interact with diagnoses and with how the past is affecting the present. The Caregiver Clinician reserves the sole right to make the determination if coaching services can be scheduled. There is limited availability for coaching. If you have interest, it is highly recommended to fill out an interest application immediately in order to be considered for coaching. Occasionally, a waitlist will be created for those who match the services which are offered by The Caregiver Clinician. Upcoming openings will be offered to those who are waitlisted for a designated and limited time period and then openings will be open to the public.

Burnout can sneak up on us and take us unaware. Protecting our energy and wellbeing is crucial to be continue caring for our loved one as a caregiver. If we burn out, who will step in to care for them?
It can feel very odd to begin to prioritize your own care and needs when you’ve been putting it on the backburner for so long. I completely understand. As a caregiver of multiple family members and diagnoses, I have learned to identify when I am running out of reserve and needing to rest and replenish my energy. I want that for you too.
By booking a caregiver wellness coaching package, you will give yourself permission to begin to care for yourself also. You will grow in learning how to gently balance and value your needs and care too. By prioritizing your own care, you can protect your energy and find renewed wellbeing.

Coaching can benefit the individual by empowering and equipping them to reach their potential, while having the guided support and accountability from their coach. Coach Background:
The Caregiver Clinician (Amber J. Parker) relies on extensive knowledge of trauma, trauma neuroscience, PTSD, suicidal crisis, suicide prevention, and caregiver burden research and has received training in Professional Life Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-informed Coaching and additional medical and psychology-based education. With a medical background (Physician Assistant), Master’s degree, the author of “The Forgotten Caregiver of Mental Crisis”, and a national speaker and mental health educator for clinical conferences, webinars, and ministry nonprofits, Amber J. Parker has a multifaceted perspective to serve her clients with compassion, integrity, and truth. Notwithstanding her clinical knowledge, she has lived experience with which to speak into the caregiver, having been a caregiver for multiple family members with multiple diagnoses (including physical/medical diagnoses and mental health diagnoses). She is honored to walk alongside you in your own caregiving story—to equip and empower you in your day-to-day endeavors and responsibilities. She knows caregiving is a high and noble calling that also requires great commitment and sacrifice on behalf of the caregiver.
